As Many RUNS as possible in 30:00 of:

1st Base:10 Pushups
2nd Base: 10 Air Squats
3rd Base: 10 Jumping Jacks
Home Base: Randomly select two exercises from the hopper every 10 minutes. 0:00- 10:00 exercise 1&2, 10:01-20:00 exercise 3&4, 20:01-30:00 exercise 5&6.

2 Minute Rest between each 10 minute segment

10 KB Swings (53/35)
10 Push Press (95/65)
10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Power Cleans (95/65)
10 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Military Sit-ups
10 Burpees
