60 meter Sprints on the Minute for 10 Minutes.

Rest for 2:00, then

3 Rounds of:
1 “Leg Blaster”  (20 Air Squats / 20 Lunges, 10 each leg /10 Jump Squats)
40 Sit Ups
30 Push Ups
