800m Run back to Station #2 – complete Man-Maker Push Ups, 50 reps per person.
200m Prowler Push to Station #3
800m Run back to Station #3 – complete Air Squats, 50 reps per person.
200m Prowler Push to Station #4
800m Run back to Station #4 – complete Squat Thrusts, 50 reps per person.
200m Prowler Push to Station #1 – complete Tire Flips, 10 reps per person.
