3 x 3 Reps of Push Jerk

*Third set of each movement, should be 80% of 1 RM.

4 Rounds for Time of:
10 Hollow Rocks
20 Alternating Overhead Lunges
30 Sit Ups
40 Air Squats
then
800m Run*

*After all 4 rounds are complete.
Time = 4 RFT + 1 (800m) Run
