Strength. Shoulder to Overhead.
1 Push Press, 1 Push Jerk, 1 Split Jerk.
Continue to hit all lifts until Push Press failure, then continue to Push Jerk and Split Jerk until Push Jerk failure.  Work until each lift is failed.  Record Max Lift for Each.

Find your 1 rep max.
Push Jerk
Find your 1 rep max.
Split Jerk
Find your 1 rep max.

8 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
8 Kettlebell/Dumbell Thrusters (2@44#/2@25#)
200m Farmer’s Carry with KBS/DB
