While Partner 1 Rows, Partner 2 must complete the following exercises:
10 Man Maker Push Ups
20 Box Jumps
30 Push Ups
20 Air Squats
10 Press, #95
Each of these exercises are spaced 15′ apart and Partner 2 Frog Jumps back to start. "Switch" is called and Partner 1 must begin the series of exercises while Partner 2 begins to Row. Time stops when 5000m is completed as a team.
