25 team linked arm air squats.

Then 1 person per station. Everyone must complete all reps at their station before moving on. No switching.

  • 50 wall balls
  • 50 pullups
  • 750m row
  • 50 burpees

Each team rolls a tire around the Primus Loop + KB carry (72/53). At the four corners, 2 people working at once:

  • 400m: 160 decline pushups
  • Cul-de-sac: 160 Russian KB swings + 160 tire jump overs
  • End of alley: 240 step-ups + 160 KB high pulls
  • Last corner: tire flips back to starting line

Go back inside gym. These movements are u-go-I-go:
48 squat cleans (185/115)
48 squat snatches (135/85)
48 thrusters (115/75)
12 rope climbs

400m heavy sled push (4/3 plates)
25 team linked arm air squats.
