PRIMUS Foundation classes are designed to teach our new members the basic functional movements that are required before joining regular group classes. These sessions are made up of four one hour sessions that covers basic Olympic weightlifting, strength, and gymnastics movements, mobility exercises, and expectations to become acclimated to CrossFit.
