WOD.  Complete 1 Round every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes of:
1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
3 Back Step Lunges (Alternating Legs, 6 total)
1 Jerk behind the neck
1 Thruster
1 Front Squat

Use remaining time in first minute to complete AMRAP Sit Ups
