5 Reps @ 80% of 1 RM
5 or more @ 85% of 1 RM

WOD.
Every Minute on the Minute for 5 Minutes, complete 3 Position Snatch.  (Ground – MidHang – High Hang)
then,
Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes, complete 1 Snatch  (Work up to a heavy single)
then,
500m Row for Time.
