Two 4 X 250m Relay Runs, then go to
100 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
100 Wall Balls (20#/15#)
200 Double Unders
300 Barbell Thrusters (45#/35#)
300 Sit Ups
then, complete 4 x 400m Relay
*Only two people working at a time, one person on each movement.
