Group Snatch Warmup

300 Double Unders
100 Burpees

Complete all Double Unders and Burpees. Perform 2 Power Snatch every minute on the minute. There is a 10:00 cap on Snatch. After 10:00, complete the balance of the Burpees and Double Unders.  Use 50%-60% of 1RM on the Snatch.

You may break up the Double Unders and Burpees as you see fit.
