500m Row per person
25 Rope Climbs
200 Ground to Overhead (95#/65#)*
800m Sled Push (90#/50#)*

For Time.

*Only one person working at a time.  All members must complete total reps before transitioning to next movement, except when moving from rower to rope climbs.
