– The Fish Game
*Every time that your fish gets eaten, you have a 20 Slam Ball (20/15) penalty. Write down your points after every death- combined points is your score. (When clock hits 10:00, move directly to Bravo portion of workout.)

Bravo: 1 Round
– 30 Power Snatches (95/65)

Charlie: 1 Round
– 1,600m Row
– Every 2:00, perform 2 rope climbs.

Delta: 3 Rounds
– 200m Run
– 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
