RX PLUS: While Partner 1 Rows 250m, Partner 2 continuously moves between 10 Push Ups and 10 Air Squats. Partner 1 calls “Switch”, Partner 2 Rows 250m, while Partner 1 picks up the count.  Continue the cycle until 1,500m, 150 push ups and 150 air squats is reached.
