RTG – 2 Ring or Bar Muscle-ups after each round

Spartan Lite – V-ups in place of Toe 2 Bar

WOD Tips:

Today’s workout focuses on shoulder strength, but the rep count should be low enough to not be too taxing. Be sure to maintain proper technique with the heavier strict press reps. Unbroken rounds in the WOD will have the desired effect.
