WOD Notes:  For the WOD today, you have 3, 5 minute AMRAPS. The first features Push Press, the second Squat Cleans, and the third puts the two together for Clusters. Weight selection is key for the barbell movements. Try to choose a weight you should be able to do all of your sets unbroken, but not something too light to demand proper attention.
