15 Thrusters 95/65
400m Row
15 OHS 95/65

Wod Notes: The Thrusters and OHS should be done in 1-2 sets. If your having to break more than that lower the weight. The Run and the row should be completed under 2:00. You only have two rounds keep the pace high.
