Build up to a heavy 5 rep

Conditioning:
5 Min. Cap
30 Clean and Jerks

5 Min. Cap
30 Pull-ups

5 Min. Cap
30 Snatches

L1 95/65
L2 115/75, C2B
L3 135/95, Muscle ups

WOD Notes: YOu have 5 Minutes to finish each section. When you finish early you rest the remaining time. Pick a weight and pull ups skill level that will give you at least a one minute rest before the next movement. If You have muscle ups but not 30 pick a rep count that is achievable ex. 10 or 15. Sore is total time to complete each section.
