Step One – Schedule an Appointment
Come see what PRIMUS CrossFit Orlando is all about. During your first free visit we will show you around the facility, introduce you to our trainers and members, and discuss with you your fitness goals and how we can help you reach them. If you are ready, we’ll also take you through a short workout to assess your fitness level and give you a taste of what CrossFit is all about. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can properly check you in.
Step Two – PRIMUS Personal Training Sessions (Foundations)
Required for ‘New to CrossFit’ Members
PRIMUS Foundation personal training sessions are designed to teach our new members some of the basic functional movements that are required before joining regular group classes. These sessions are made up of two one hour sessions that covers basic Olympic weightlifting, strength, and gymnastics movements, as well as mobility exercises and things to expect as you get more acclimated to CrossFit.
Foundation sessions scheduling is by appointment only.
Step Three – PRIMUS Classes
After successfully completing your personal training sessions, members are free to join our daily group classes. Additional personal training sessions are also available if that is your preferred method of getting healthy and fit.
