  • 100m KB farmer’s carry
  • 10 plate G2O + 20 lunges

Notes: Do each station twice for 8 sets total.

10 push-ups
3 rope pulls or 1 rope climb
10″ rest

3 x 50m sled sprint / 90″ rest
