WOD Tips

This is week 6 of the Wendler squat cycle. Continue working off 100% of your one rep max and target 5+ on that last set. The workout should be fast and furious. Using 50% of your one rep max power clean will allow for several touch and go reps throughout the WOD. Fight through the middle round of 15 for a good time.
