Max 1 Rep Week! Today we max out on front or back squat. Warm-up at lower weight with higher reps, but as soon as you are feeling good, start lifting at only 1 rep with 5% – 10% increases. Be sure to get 2 minutes of rest between at those higher percentages to conserve energy.
