5 Scap Pulls, Kip Swings, Pull ups
5 push ups, Handstand hold, HSPU

Conditioning
AMRAP 7
6 Pull ups
5 Burpees
4 Hang Cleans 135/95
3 HSPU

WOD Notes. The strength portion is still timed but its been cut down to 2:30. Focus on quality. Today’s wod is a sprint AMRAP. Push to do all reps unbroken and keep the intensity high.
