WOD Tips

Week 3 of the Olympic Weightlifting cycle reduces the number of reps, but increases the percentage. Focus on the pull under the bar to ensure you hit the heavier weights. We cap off Monday with a fun little CrossFit Girl WOD. Shoot for 12 minutes or less for higher power output.
