WOD Tips

Simple Doesn’t Mean Easy. Today we have one of the staple CrossFit rep schemes — 21, 15, 9 — of Handstand Push Ups and Kettlebell Swings with a 200m Run after each round. Those who are wanting to push this a bit further have the option of adding a Handstand Walk to the beginning of each round as well.
