Establish 1 rep max Back Squat
3 Rounds for Time
6 Power Snatch 95/65, 115/80, 135/95
One Rep Max week for the back squat. Be sure to get plenty of rest between the heavier sets. Today’s workout is short and sweet. Pick a snatch weight that you can do unbroken for a super fast time.
