New strength cycle begins this week with Front or Back squats. Pick one and stick with it through the entire cycle. Work your way up to a heavy single at 80% before dropping back down to 60% and completing two sets of five pause squats.
The workout of the day is classic CrossFit. Power Cleans and Barbell Facing Burpees. The goal is just to keep moving and get it done. Try to pick a weight that allows you to finish under the 10 minute mark.
