Wod Tips:

Only Pause squatting at 75% sets. Focusing on keeping tension at the bottom, don’t go soft in the bottom. This will help with standing ups squat cleans down the road. Today’s wod is meant to be fast. Pick a Snatch weight that you can finish 10 reps within a minute. Level 2 is Rx weight.
