Strength: Max effort front squat

Warmup – 2 rounds for quality
* 10 pushups
* 10 situps
* 5 box jumps (higher than normal box)

16’ EMOM – 4 sets of the following
1) 15 hollow rocks
2) 10 man makers (25/15)
3) 1 rope climb
4) 10 box jumps (higher than normal box, step downs are preferred)
