2 Hang Power Snatch (60-75% of 1RM)
6-8 Plyo Pushups

Teams of 2
3 Rounds of:
250m Row
AMRAP Push Press (RX-115# M/75# F, SX- 75# M/55# F)

While partner 1 rows, partner 2 completes AMRAP of Push Press until partner 1 calls the switch. Then, partner 2 completes a 250M row while Partner 1 completes AMRAP of Push Press until switch is called. This completes 1 round.
