When partner 2 completes run, he/she moves to Spartan Carry for 50m and Partner 1 begins Push Press #85. Switch is called by Partner 2 and exercises are then completed by each in the following order:
Lunge Walk & Med Ball Clean
Bear Crawl & Dumbell Thrusters
UnEven Farmer’s Carry & Box Jumps
Frog Jumps & Air Squats
