12,000/10,000 lbs of thrusters. Team decides on load.

500m sled push (2 x 45/25)

Back at gym, team chooses one of the following couplets to complete:
4 Rounds each person
7 T2B
4 G2OH (135/95)

-OR-

4 Rounds each
7 KBS (72/53)
2 Rope Climbs

200m sled push (3 x 45/25)

40 burpee tire jump overs

For time.

Example thruster loads and reps:
135 x 89 reps = 12015 lbs
105 x 115 reps = 12075 lbs
95 x 106 reps = 10070 lbs
75 x 134 = 10050 lbs
