* Mailbox: 120 plate overhead lunges (35/25) + 120 KB swings (53/35)
* Cul-de-sac: 100 bentover rows (95/65) + 100 slamballs (20/15)
* End of alley: 120 plate overhead Lunges (35/25) + 120 KB swings (53/35)
* Primus parking lot: 100 bentover Rows (95/65) + 100 slamballs (20/15)

Drop off all equipment inside

then…

1000 meter run – (split reps, u-go-I-go, 2 people working per station)
* Mailbox: 200 jump squats
* Cul-de-sac: 200 sit-ups
* End of alley: 200 push-ups
* Primus parking lot stop sign: Team 50m bear crawl to bay door

Inside: (u-go-I-go, split reps)
* 20 squat cleans (185/125) (155/105)
* 20 snatches (135/95) (115/75)
