Teams of 4 – “Hit it, Don’t Quit It: Part Deux”

2x relay the following:
* 1 Tire flip
* Jump or step through tires
* 6 ball slams at far cone
* Run back, 1 tire flip, jump through tire

Do sled sprints on road. Take slammer ball + 1 set of dumbbells with you.
2x sled sprints 80m (2/1) each
In grassy field, cone-to-cone (100m) lunges with slammer ball + DBs (full team). Trade off equipment as needed.

Two people working at once:
20 man-maker push-ups each
50 weighted sit-ups w/slammer ball each

2x sled sprints 80m (2/1)
Two people working at once:
50 ball slams each
50 Dumbbell push presses each

Go inside gym:
60 cleans (115/85) (135/95)
40 cleans (135/95) (185/120)
16 cleans (185/120) (205/135)

40 tire flips (split reps)
