Roll tire around loop + slammer ball carry (20/15)
* Mailbox: 100 decline push-ups (2 teammates working)
* Cul-de-sac: 100 partner ball tosses with squat over tire (2 teammates working)
* End of path: 100 tire jump-ups (2 teammates working)
* Cone: tire flip back home

Once inside gym, do barbell stuff (u-go-I-go):
32 OHS (135/95) (95/65)
28 thrusters (155/105) (115/75)
24 front squats (185/125) (155/105)

100m buddy carry (2 teammates carried)
