Grab a tire and roll to the grassy field. Team flip between cones. Each time you pass a cone, team does 10 dap pushups.
Roll tire back to gym.
Inside gym. U-go-I-go.
80 Overhead squats (115/85) (95/75)
80 Cleans (155/105) (135/95)
Team tire flip 200m.
