50 double-unders
30 lunges
30 kettlebell swings
25 goblet squats
25 sit ups
20 shoulder-to-overheads (95/65)
20 burpees
15 power-cleans 135/95
15 man Makers
10 v-ups
10 thrusters 135/95

* Go back up ladder (don’t do thrusters twice)
