  • 50 box jumps

12 rope climbs, u-go-I-go

1000m equipment carry, u-go-I-go: (135/95) (115/85)

  • At cul-de-sac: 100 push presses
  • At end of alley: 100 deadlifts

Go back into gym. U-go-I-go, split anyway:
40 cleans (135/95) (115/85)
32 cleans (155/105) (135/95)
24 cleans (185/125) (155/105)
8 cleans (225/145) (185/125)
