Teams of 4 – “Fat Boy”

Intro:
Every 60 seconds, 2 teams leave the gym in waves.

[Mystery movement]

U-Go-I-Go:
40 burpee pullups
28 thrusters (155/105)(135/95)
800m team sled push (45/25)

Back inside gym, teams executes either Red Pill or Blue Pill:

“Red Pill”
3 rounds per person:
4 C2B or 2 MU’s
5 T2B
6 goblet squats (72/53)

or

“Blue Pill”
3 rounds per person:
2 power cleans (155/105)(135/95)
5 box jump overs (24/20)
5 KB swings (72/53)

Carry barbell and weight to Grassy field (155/105)(135/95):

  • 100m walking lunges full team, all equipment, any style
  • 60 back squats at turnaround, u-go-I-go
  • 100m walking lunge back full team, all equipment, any style

Return to gym and drop off equipment.

200m team sled push (2 x 45/2 x 25)
