Carry barbell, weight, and 2x KB to field – unlimited switching, everyone else does walking lunges. (95/65, 53/35)
Walking overhead lunge to far cone.
At turn around, 120 KB swings (2 people)
Front rack lunge to starting line.
120 KB high pulls (2 people)

Carry equipment around Firebase Loop back to gym

3 rounds each
4 snatches (115/85)
4 bar over burpees

2 rounds each
4 thrusters (115/85)
4 box jumps

80 front squats (185/115)
200m run
