Teams of 4. For Time

Assign 1 athlete per station:
* 35 ball slams (20/15)
* 18 burpee pull ups
* 35 box jump overs (24/20)
* 5 rope climbs

Then 2000m team row
400m team tire flip
25 team dap pushups at halfway

Inside gym:
60 snatches (95/65)
60 thrusters (115/85)
60 cleans (135/95)
60 front squats (185/125)

200m tire flip
