Teams of 4 – “Winter is Coming”

Assign 1 teammate per station. Can be in any order. Relay style:
* 4 rope climbs
* 25 wall balls (20/14)
* 20 T2B or 5 muscle-ups
* 20 burpees

400m team sled push (3/2)

Equipment carry to cul-de-sac (slammer, KB, 2 DBs)

Two people working at once:
120 ball slams (25/15)
120 KB high pulls (53/45)
then:
100 sit-ups with slammer ball
80 man-makers (30/20)

Complete loop to gym

Time to lift (u-go-i-go):
24 thrusters @ (115/75) (95/65)
24 thrusters @ (135/95) (115/75)
24 thrusters @ (155/105) (135/95)

24 cleans @ (135/95) (115/75)
24 cleans @ (155/105) (135/95)
24 cleans @ (185/115) (155/105)

24 front squats @ (135/95) (115/75)
