Seal Team Challenge 06-30-2018

Thanks to all who donated to the Team Kill Cliff Seal Team Challenge. In honor of America’s fallen Navy Seals, we will be doing back to back team hero workouts. The Hero WOD “The Juicy” will be first up. The second WOD will be “Tommy V” and starts once you complete “The Juicy”. Rest between WODs as needed. Clock will be a running clock for 99 minutes, but there is no time cap.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SOC (SEAL) Kevin A. Houston, 35, of West Hyannisport, Mass., died in a CH-47 Chinook helicopter crash on Aug. 6, 2011, which killed 29 other United States service members. Houston enlisted in the Navy in 1995 after graduating from Barnstable High School in 1994, and reported to an East Coast-based SEAL team in 2008. He lived in Virginia with his wife and three children. Houston was also .survived by his mother, Jan Brown, and his brother, Craig.

Senior Chief Petty Officer Thomas J. Valentine, 37, of Ham Lake, Minnesota, died in a training accident in Arizona, on Feb. 13.
