I have been involved in sports and fitness all of my life, but did not really discover my passion for it until becoming involved with CrossFit in 2009. Since then, I have been devoted to improving my own health and fitness and teaching others how to do the same through CrossFit methodologies. If you have not yet tried this life changing event, I invite you to come to PRIMUS CrossFit and witness what we are all about first hand.

Brent Beumel

Head Trainer

  • B.S. Degree, Sports and Exercise Science, University of Central Florida
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • USAW L1 Sports Performance Coach
  • 6 Years CrossFit Coaching Experience

CrossFit is my way of celebrating what I am capable of. I am grateful I get to push myself through challenging workouts. I don’t “have” to work out, I GET to work out. As a coach, I like helping others realize their own extraordinary abilities and achieving things they had no idea they were capable of. Helping others learn and challenge themselves are pursuits that I am incredibly passionate about.

Lise Carrion aka “The Mechanic”

Lise CarrionsLise became interested in massage when her son was born prematurely in 2000, weighing in at 1lb 81/2 oz and could not be held for 1 1/2 months. The first time she held him, it was a kangaroo hold (skin-to-skin) and immediately his breathing improved, simply because he was touched. “I began to think about how the power of touch was so powerful and what could I do with this for others. I love being a Massage Therapist. It is my ministry to serve and heal how God leads my hands.”

Lise graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2003 and has been practicing ever since. She is a Kinesio Taping practitioner.
