8 x 2 (85-95%)

B) Deadlifting complex
5 tire flips, 4 farmer’s deadlifts, 3 barbell deadlifts
4-5 rounds, increase load each round

C) Core & Conditioning
Circle of Death: 4:30 on / 1’ break, 4:30 on
