alternate with

3 sets of double sled pulls

Part 2: Warmup OHS to 60%
10′ EMOM overhead squats (from rack)
1-8 – 3 reps @ 60%
9-10 – 2 reps @ 70%

B) 4 heavy sacks over bar + heavy farmer’s carry
