Strongman – Clean Barbell Ladder

A) 4 x 5 bentover rows (70-80%)

alternate with full clean warmup to 85%, 1-2 reps per warmup set

B) Squat clean barbell ladder. If you can’t clean any bar, athlete may deadlift 5 reps to complete ladder.

C) 3 x 1′ front plank holds
alternate with crab walks
