A) Deadlifts for strength
Warmup to 80% of max

working sets:
3,3,2,2,2,2 (80-90% of max)

B) Equipment Haul + Prowler push
Start with empty prowler at starting line and pile of sandbags and plates at far cone. Sprint to pile and carry everything back anyway and load prowler. Push prowler to cone.

Unload and reset. Keep adding plates to the pile to increase load.

C) 30 / 30 – 6′ total
Minutes 1,3,5
Situps + ball toss against wall /
Russian twists with wall ball

Minutes 2,4,6
