As a team, complete:
3000m Row, then:
100 Push Press
Partner 1 200m Overhead Bar Carry, while Partner 2 and 3 Plank Hold*
Partner 2 200m Overhead Bar Carry, while Partner 1 and 3 Plank Hold
100 Front Squats
Partner 3 200m Overhead Bar Carry, while Partner 1 and 2 Plank Hold
100 Push Ups
Team 200m Overhead Bar Carry, switching as necessary
During the entire portion of the workout between rows, the bar cannot touch the ground and must be held in a Front Squat position. If any portion of the bar touches the team incurs a 3 Burpee per member penalty.
*Overhead Carry must be the entire 200m distance. You may lower the bar into a Back Rack, but you must stop moving.
